We treat you and your home and work space with complete respect. Our staff is trained to be extra careful with bleach, and to pay extra close attention while dusting and vacuuming. If accident happens we will leave you a note and a customer representative will call you about the solution. We are bonded and insured to cover these expenses.
Clean for Me services offer consistent, quality cleaning. Like all new relationships, however, miscommunication does occur and we may make a mistake. That’s why we offer a 48 hours service guarantee, which means if you notify us within 24 hours, our staff will come back to correct their mistake at no additional charge. Whether you booked our cleaning porter service or any other, we’ll ensure you are completely satisfied with the final results.
We will work with your schedule the best we can. In order to provide a reliable service, we always contact our clients 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning. You must cancel/reschedule 48 hours prior to avoid a $49 cancellation fee, which will be added to your next booking. If this is your first cancellation under the 48 hour time period, there is no cancellation fee.
